Hunting Chair Backpack Green Duffel Convertible Pack

Description

This convertible duffel is a camp organizer first and a backpack second. It unzips 180 degrees into a hanging closet with fold-out shelves, so your base layers, outerwear and small gear stay sorted for a week at deer camp or a waterfowl lodge. Despite the product name, it does not include a seat.

What stands out

• Clamshell opening with multiple fold-out shelf levels
• Padded sleeve for a tablet, maps and hunting regulations
• Zippered mesh pockets inside the lid for calls, batteries and a lens cleaning kit
• Ventilated bottom compartment that keeps wet boots and waders away from dry clothes
• Padded straps, mesh back panel and a quick-release sternum strap for carrying it from the truck
• Luggage pass-through sleeve and lockable zipper pulls for flying to a hunt

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It is a travel and camp bag for road trips, lodge stays and fly-in hunts. It is not meant for carrying into the woods all day. If you want a pack with a built-in seat for long sits, see the saddle hunting backpack with fold-down seat. For a rugged three-way carry bag with MOLLE panels, compare the tactical convertible gear pack.

Field tips

• Pack each shelf by day or by activity before you leave home. It makes getting dressed in a dark cabin much faster.
• Use the ventilated bottom compartment for boots and waders only, and leave it unzipped overnight to air out.
• Keep license, tags and regulations in the padded sleeve so they are in one known place.
