Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It works well for whitetail and hog hunts, spot-and-stalk day trips and range days. It is a day pack, so it won’t carry a multi-day camp on its own. Field tips

• When attaching MOLLE pouches, weave the strap through alternating rows on both the pouch and the pack for a solid, rattle-free fit.
• Strip unused pouches for stand hunts. Every extra pouch is another thing to snag on branches.
• If you use a hydration bladder, blow water back out of the tube after drinking in freezing weather to stop it icing up.
