Saddle Hunting Backpack Multicam Tactical Daypack

Description

This saddle hunting backpack is a compact, vertical day pack that sits tight behind you in a tree stand or climbing saddle. Contrasting tan webbing and hardware stand out against the shell, and internal organizer sleeves keep small essentials from sinking to the bottom.

What stands out

• Compact vertical shape that rides close to the body
• Internal organizer sleeves for small gear
• Mesh pockets with drainage grommets to let water out after creek crossings
• Padded back panel and mesh-lined shoulder straps
• Nylon shell in black, black CP or green

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It suits early-season archery sits, run-and-gun turkey hunts and short relocations during the day. Being compact, it doesn’t have room for heavy late-season layers. For more room and an internal hydration sleeve, see the tactical camo saddle daypack. For a 21 to 25 L pack with a front mesh stash pocket, compare the army green tactical saddle daypack.

Field tips

• Keep the smallest essentials in the organizer sleeves so they don’t sink to the bottom.
• Empty the mesh pockets after creek crossings. The drainage grommets let water out, but gear still gets wet.
• Hang the pack from a gear hook at platform height.
