Saddle Hunting Backpack Setup Tactical Camo Daypack

Description

This saddle hunting backpack setup centers on a soft-shell polyamide day pack with a MOLLE front and an asymmetrical pocket layout. There is a dedicated hydration bladder sleeve inside, an expandable bottle pocket on one side and a zippered utility pocket on the other, so the main compartment stays free for layers.

What stands out

• Internal hydration bladder sleeve with a hanging loop
• Right-side expandable pocket for a bottle or compact tripod, and a left zippered pocket for a headlamp and batteries
• MOLLE-compatible front for calls, wind checker or first aid pouches
• Dual front compression straps that also hold a rain jacket
• Removable sternum strap and corded zipper pulls
• Reinforced edge binding at high-wear points

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It is well suited to single-day rut hunts, scouting trips and run-and-gun turkey setups, and it works with a saddle harness and lineman’s belt. It is a day pack, not an overnight bag. For more capacity with a padded hip belt, see the 35 L woodland camo hydration daypack. For a more compact pack at a lower price, compare the compact tactical saddle daypack.

Field tips

• Fill the hydration bladder before packing the rest so it slides into the sleeve easily.
• Strap your rain jacket under the front compression straps for quick access when weather moves in.
• Keep the headlamp and spare batteries in the left zipped pocket so they’re always in the same place.
