Soft Shell Hunting Compound Bow Backpack for Woodland Hunts

Description

This hunting compound bow backpack is a soft-shell day pack with an integrated harness that holds your bow on the pack. Your hands stay free for climbing, calling or glassing, and the soft shell helps shield cams and strings from brush on the way in.

What stands out

• Integrated harness that carries a compound bow on the pack
• Soft-shell polyester body that resists abrasion from rock and briars
• Day pack profile that stays tight to your back in thick cover and ground blinds
• Pockets placed for quick, quiet access
• Universal fit over a light jacket or heavy layers

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It suits public-land walks, woodlot hunts and scouting trips where the bow comes with you. It is a day pack, not a hard bow case, so it protects against brush, not heavy impacts in transport. For a bow pack with a side arrow quiver, see the bow hunting backpack with bow holder. For more storage around the bow, the large compound bow saddle pack adds a top lid and side pouches.

Field tips

• Check that the bow’s cams and string are clear of any strap edges before walking in.
• On long walks, add a bow sleeve or cover for extra protection from brush.
• Keep a spare release in a zipped pocket. It’s the one thing you can’t hunt without.
