This saddle hunting backpack carries your weapon for you. Vertical straps on the front hold a fully rigged compound bow, and an adjustable bottom cradle takes a rifle or shotgun, so both hands stay free on the walk to the tree. It is a medium-size woodland camo day pack that avoids the bulk of an expedition bag.

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It is made for half-day and full-day hunts from a saddle, stand or ground blind, where you carry lunch, layers and a weapon. It is not sized for overnight camp gear.
