Hunting Backpack for Outdoor Enthusiasts

Description

This hunting backpack is an all-round pack for hunters who want one bag that handles a quick sit on the stand and a long day in the backcountry. It is built from water-resistant fabric with reinforced stitching and an abrasion-resistant base, and it comes in black or camouflage.

What stands out

• Multiple compartments and pockets to separate calls, optics, ammunition and a hydration system
• Padded shoulder straps, adjustable torso length and a ventilated back panel for long walks in
• Rifle or bow carry system so both hands stay free on the approach
• Exterior attachment points for a tripod, game bags or a spare layer
• Quiet zippers chosen for moving close to game

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It suits hunters who split their season between day hunts and the odd overnight and don’t want to own three packs. If most of your trips run three days or more, a dedicated expedition pack such as the multi-day expedition hunting backpack gives you more volume and lashing points. If you hunt from a saddle, a slimmer pack from our saddle hunting backpacks will hang flatter against the tree.

Field tips

• Pack your heaviest items, like water and optics, close to your spine at shoulder-blade height so the load doesn’t pull you backward on climbs.
• Set the torso length before the season with a loaded pack, not an empty one, so the straps sit right when it matters.
• Before the first hunt, shake the loaded pack and listen for rattles, then move loose items into pouches.
