Waterproof Hunting Backpack with Roll-Top Seal and Detachable Dry Bag

Description

This waterproof hunting backpack uses a roll-top buckle closure, the same design as a dry bag, so the main compartment seals against boat spray, driving rain and splashes. It comes in 20, 30 and 40 liter sizes, with a small 2 liter dry bag also listed, and in black, blue, grey or high-visibility yellow.

What stands out

• Roll-top buckle closure that seals the main compartment
• Welded shell construction
• Reinforced black base that resists abrasion from boat decks and gravel bars
• Quick-access front zipper pocket and semi-transparent panel
• Side compression straps for a jacket or decoy gloves
• Adjustable padded shoulder straps

Where it fits, and where it doesn’t

It is built for waterfowl, marsh and boat-based hunts where gear gets wet. Keep anything that must stay dry inside the rolled main compartment, and use the outside zip pocket for quick-grab items. Yellow is great for boat safety and fog, but it is easy to see, so stash the pack out of sight in the blind. For bigger sizes up to 85 L and a clear phone window, see the roll-top dry bag hunting backpack. For a zippered pack with MOLLE for drier days, compare the tactical black duffel day pack.

Field tips

• Roll the top at least three times before buckling. Fewer rolls won’t seal properly.
• Squeeze extra air out before rolling so the pack sits compact on your back.
• Rinse off mud and sand after marsh trips so grit doesn’t wear the roll-top edge.
